new water heater

Well, Saturday was my last hot shower.

We had acree come out yesterday and our old 80 gallon tank decided it had seen it's last days.   

So, we got a new 50 gallon tank.  I mean it's only mom and i so we don't need anything that big.

Meet the newest addition to our family home.

Oh what a year it has been.  

Home improvement galor.  

First the roof 

Next windows

Then the bathrooms

Now the water heater

Please nothing else this year, or for a while.

I'm done adulting.  I wanna be a kid again.
